Ayurveda

Ayurveda is an ancient science to provide complete cure for any disease or illness. Vegetables, herbs, plants and minerals are used to cure the root cause of the disease and to strengthen the immune system. Ayurvedic form of medicine is used for complete wellness. Ayurvedic medicine is being used from thousands of years in Greek and all over the world. Ayurvedic medicine is used for the longevity and wellness because if somebody has a strong immune system definitely diseases will not effect on him/her and he/she will live long with healthy life. The main focus of Ayurvedic medicine is the immune system cure.

​The effect of the Allopathic medicine will last 8 hours on the body and homeopathic medicine effect will remain 12 hours but Ayurvedic medicine effect lasts at least 180 days and some time to many years.

​The response of the Ayurvedic medicine is not quick as allopathy medicine but it vanish the root cause of the disease and there is no side effect of the Ayurvedic medicine.

​Allopathic medicine will cure the particular disease but will not root out the disease but Ayurvedic medicine will root out the cause of disease permanently. The side effects of allopathic medicine we have discussed above. Ayurvedic medicine is direct form of medicines and there is no concept of chemical or alcohol in it, that’s why side effects of chemical are not there.

​Alcohol is used for the homeopathy medicine and chemical is used for allopathy.

Ayurvedic treatment is always uses direct from minerals, plants, herbs and vegetables.

​CHARAK SAHEETA says Ayurvedic medicine heels physically mentally and spiritually.

Ayurvedic Medicine Use

​It will be used according to the age of the patient. If patient age is between one month to 16 years then One Ratti(120 mg) to one masha (960  mg ) is a good dose. If patient age is between 16-70 years then 1-3 masha is a good dose.

​Ayurvedic Diagnostic System

​Every human has only two types of diseases like: Internal body disease, mental disease and both comes from Imbalance of food intake.In Ayurveda, experts diagnose the disease by checking Nadi/pulse/Nabj or by checking the patient’s urine. Some major rules to diagnose diseases or illness by Nadi or through urine test as given:

• Male will be diagnosed by right hand pulse.

• Female will be diagnosed by left hand pulse.

• Pulse testing is always done with three fingers.

• Index finger is used to check any health problem related to Air.

• Middle finger is used to check any health problem related to Bile.

• Ring finger is used to check any health problem related to phlegm.

Normal style of Nadi

( When human is healthy )

• Air pulse runs like snake walk.( Zig Zag)

• Bile pulse runs like frog jumps.( Ups & Downs)

• Phlegm pulse runs like pigeon or hen walk.( Straight line walk)

Pulse should not be checked when patient is having some general things:

• Hungry

• Taken bath before 10 minutes.

• Ate food

• Used oil on body or to hair.

• Nature call stool pass etc.

• Body is forcing for Urinating.

Some common tests of Nadi

• If any of Nadi is running like walk of snake and jumps of frog then it will be Vata & Bile Nadi.

• If any of Nadi is running like walk of Snake & Swan then it will be Vata & Phlegm Nadi.

• If any of Nadi is having walk of snake, frog and swan then its mix-up of Vata, Bile and Phlegm. It can cause heart attack.

• Slow pulse shows unstable health condition.

• High pulse & hot in touch shows fever.

• The pulse will be slow after blood donation or stool pass or took bath.

Urine test

• Get up before sunrise pass first half urine and take a break for a while and then take rest urine in bottle of glass for test.

• After sunrise if the urine will be like water then the problem will be air related.

• If urine will be red like color & hot in touch, or yellowish red then the problem will be related to heat.

• If urine is cold in touch & white in color looks like oil then the problem will be related to phlegm.

Important things to be observed:

• Drop the one drop of oil in urine if it spreads in it the urine then the disease will be cured soon.

• If oil drop don’t spread then the disease will take some time to cure.

• If oil drop goes drown in the urine the dangerous situation and patient’s  much chances to die

• If oil drop will takes square shape , sworn shape or lotus shape then patient will be cured very soon

• If oil drop looks mixed in the urine then air & phlegm related problem is seen.

• If oil drop changes urine color to black and in bubble shape then heart attack is seen.

• If oil drop spreads then the many diseases are there in the body of patient.

• If oil drop makes urine black only then it’s too difficult survival of patient.

• If oil drop makes urine smell like goat urine then stone is present in the any organ of the patient.

• If oil drop makes urine’s color red then it will be fever in patient’s body.

• If oil drop makes urine like well water mean heavy and cold then disease will be related to penis.

• If person listen differently, that is not said then he/she is ill or will be ill soon.

• If person feels heat or cold then he/she is ill or will be ill.

• If person can’t see properly then he/she is ill.

• If person can’t smell then he/she is ill.

Types of disease (Rog):

1. SAHAJ ROG: Diseases and illnesses from mother or father. Genetic Diseases and illnesses which process from child from mother or father like piles, fisher etc.

2. GARBHAJ ROG: Diseases and illnesses from mother to her un-borned child because of misbalance of food intake like undeveloped organs.

3. JAT-JAT ROG: Diseases and illnesses from mother to her un-borned child like listening problem, dumb, bald etc.

4. PEEDA JANIT ROG: Diseases and illnesses due to attack of weapon or physical fights.

5. KAAL JANIT ROG: Diseases and illnesses due to seasons like cold, summer, winter. Cough, fever, pneumonia are some of them.

6. PRABHAV JANIT ROG: Diseases and illnesses due to curse from teacher, Devatas and from elder people.

7. SWBHAV JANIT ROG: Diseases and illnesses due to hunger, greed etc.

8. DESH JANIT ROG: Diseases and illnesses due to living of different countries. Some countries have red/white skin population; some countries have black skin population etc. People think that why he/she is not like that.

9. AAGANTUK ROG: Diseases and illnesses due to negative energy, souls, negative eye.

10. KAYIK ROG: Diseases and illnesses due to fever or food poisoning etc.

11. AANTAR ROG: Diseases and illnesses due to mental problems, madness, etc.

12. KARMAJ ROG: Diseases and illnesses due to your sins like murder, bribe etc.

13. DOSHAJ ROG: Diseases and illnesses due to bile, air or phlegm mix-up.

14. KARM DOSHAJ: Diseases and illnesses due to your sins, guilt and imbalance of bile, air, phlegm.

Curable and non-curable Diseases: we can divide all of Diseases and illnesses in two categories like given:

1. Sadhya: Diseases and illnesses which are curable.

2. Asadhya: Diseases and illnesses which are non-curable.

Sadhya: Sadhya also can be divided in two types as Sukh Sadhya and Kasht Sadhya.Diseases and illnesses which can be cure with fewer efforts are known as Sukh Sadhya. Diseases and illnesses which take hard efforts and long duration to cure are known as Kasht Sadhya.

Asadhya : Asadhya also can be divided in two types as Yapya and Gambheeradic( Serious). Diseases and illnesses like Homarids, TB, Piles, and Lungs TB etc are known as Yapya. Diseases and illnesses which are not curable are known as Gambheeradic.

Fart related diseases:

Stool or potty related problems:

1. Bone weakness and pain

Urine related problems:

1. Stone in body

Burp related problems:

1. Shivering

2. Tasteless feeling in eating food

3. Heart beat blockage

4. Cough

5. Hiccough or singlet’s

Sneezing related disease:

Greed related diseases:

2. Mouth dryness

Desire for food or hunger:
